now there are two plots per page (lower and higher threshold, or, resp.,
mean and max). 

There is one file for each parameter:

DU Dust
BC Black carbon
CO Carbon monoxide
DB combined exceedance freq for DU and BC

and each time of the day (00, 06, 12, 18 UT) as well as 
all times together (not time info in file name).

One pdf contains all heights (only up to 9 km, rest has been skipped in the 
new plots). 0.00 frequency and mixing ratios at the lowest end of the scale
are plotted in light gray, looks like white, so don't be confused with
missing values (which are really white, and occur at near ground levels).

All these pdf files are also available individually for interactive viewing.
